Free Gender Pay Analysis Reports for People Inc.

Following on from our Article about the Gender Pay Gap last April  we have been inundated with requests for some useful reports to help companies analyse pay in a number of different ways relating to gender and other criteria.

With this in mind we have developed a selection of reports that can be added to your existing People Inc. system for free, including:

Pay Analysis – Average Salary by Gender and Job Grade

Pay Analysis by Gender

Pay Analysis by Age and Gender

As with any report in your People Inc. report library, these reports can be customised to meet your specific needs, or can be used as a starting point to create new pay analysis reports using the built in Report Designer tool.

Additionally, new report templates can be downloaded into your existing report library for free using the People Inc. Report Browser tool which as over 100 new reports ready to be used by customers. 

Whilst these reports are not intended to be used to produce your Gender Pay Gap report as required by the Government (https://www.gov.uk/government/news/gender-pay-gap-reporting), they have been designed to help you analyse other areas relating to what you pay employees within your organisation.
