New Team Statistics Dashboard for Employee Self Service Module

Introduction

The recent update to the People Inc. ESS (v4.1) provides a number of new features to enhance the functionality of the ESS Module. These include:

  • Team dashboard
  • Scheduler
  • Directory
  • Absence Request wizard
  • Training Matrix*
  • ESS Absence Pack (includes: Holiday Sale, Toil Requests, Late notifications) *

The New Team Statistics Dashboard

The new Absence Team Statistics Dashboard is a new feature that can be access directly from the ESS Home Page and provides Managers with in-depth statistics and analysis for their team(s).

Self Service Dashboard

Managers can drill down and look at the detailed stats for each specific team they manage by placing their mouse over a specific chart on the dashboard.

Data is taken directly from records within People Inc. and no additional setup is required by the users to set up and use. 

Where can I get the new Team Statistics Dashboard?

The Team Statistics Dashboard for People Inc. ESS is an add-on that is provided with the latest release of the Employee Self Service module and is available to all customers using People Inc. (an ESS licence maybe required).
