Salary Review Manager Plugin for People Inc.

Introduction

Performing Salary Reviews are usually carried out every 12 months and can be a lengthy process. Once the figures have been finalised, there is still the task of updating the Employees records in the HR system to reflect the changes.

Salary Review Manager Plug in

The new Salary Review Manager is a new ‘plugin’ for People Inc. that has been designed to make the updating of salary records as efficient as possible following a Salary Review.

The Salary Review Manager allows the HR administrator to update Salary Records either from a Spreadsheet or by using a specifically designed batch input screen.

The Batch Input screen allows the user to select which employees to update and apply a global amount or percentage to the salary records.

A preview of the changes are displayed and individual records can be further amended as required before applying the changes to the system.

The whole process is very clear to avoid mistakes and can be done in minutes.

People Inc. Ongoing Development Programme
