PeopleFirstHR is the new name for Agathon Consulting Limited (AgathonHR)

We are providers of best selling Human Resources Information Systems that are flexible and affordable. Our software is developed to help your staff save time by transforming the way you manage HR. Based in Gloucestershire we have over 20 years experience of working with IT Systems focusing primarily on HR Software solutions.

We started out working on the Vizual Personnel Product Range, providing Training and Consultancy services to Vizual’s Personnel Manager and Personnel Director Customers. During this time we provided our services at over 200 customer sites across the UK (and Gibraltar) including the following:

An opportunity arose in 2003 to become an Alliance Partner for Vizual Business Tools enabling us to resell the Vizual Product range to our own customers. This included gaining accreditation on all of the products in the Vizual software range including:

In 2009, Vizual Business Tools withdrew its Personnel Manager and Personnel Director products so we looked to find a suitable replacement HR system that was still simple to use and cost effective.

People Inc. from P&A Software Solutions was chosen as not only did it look and feel similar to Personnel Manager/Director but it was also competitively priced. Additionally it offered far more functionality and benefits for new and existing customers and came with an upgrade tool to make upgrading from Personnel Manager/Director every efficient and without loss of existing data.

We are now the leading reseller of People Inc. HR Software in the UK due to not only supplying one of the best HR Software systems on the market but also because of our commitment to providing the highest customer service possible making for extremely happy customers.
