What is the Astute e-learning platform?

The Astute e-Learning Platform is a cloud based system that allows organisations to deliver a programme of compliance training courses to their employees, keeping your workforce up to date and ensuring your business is compliant with latest legislation.

The system comprises of two main elements:

• Course Library (via Vinci Content Portal) – choose and pay only for the courses you want.
• Astute Platform (LMS) – enrol learners, build learning paths, automate reminders, track results. Also where users complete courses they are enroled on.

Course Content Library

The Course Content Library is categorised into e-learning suites. Each suite broken down into topic areas to make it easier to find the courses you would like to select for your employees. Each topic area contains a number of individual courses that can take from 5 minutes to an hour to complete.

All of the courses can easily be tailored with an intuitive, simple interface to change any text or customise the colours and branding.

Astute LMS Platform

The Astute Platform is where you to enrol your employees onto purchased courses from the Course Content Library.

Enrolement can be done individually or based on a role therefore creating custom learning paths for different teams.

Employees log in to find their personalised dashboard, showing assigned courses and progress at a glance.

Users can complete interactive training at their own pace, while you monitor completion rates and results in real-time.

The system automatically tracks progress and sends reminders, saving you hours of admin time.

The Compliance Dashboard provides detailed information about your organisations compliance status and data can be exported in seconds, perfect for board meetings or compliance checks.

 

How does it work?

All courses can be viewed via the Content Management Portal by an Administrator. Content can be purchased directly from the Content Management Portal, and these are then made available within the Astute E-learning Platform ready to roll out to employees.

Courses can be purchased individually, by topic or an entire e-learning suite depending on your requirements and is charged based on number of employees who will be using the system.

Once purchased the training administrator can enrol employees on to specific courses via the Astute E-Learning Platform. This can be done manually by each individual employee, or a group of employees can automatically be enrolled onto a programme of courses based on their Job Title.

Employees are given a secure login and a link to the Astute e-Learning Platform where they can clearly view their progress through their training programme directly from their Dashboard.

Once enrolled on a course, these are visible from their Dashboard and can be completed directly from within the Astute e-learning platform on any smart device with an internet connection.

Deadlines for completing courses can be set and notifications can be configured to remind employees to complete courses within the set deadline.

Once completed, users can download a copy of a Training Certificate if applicable.

Administrators can track progress of all courses for each employee via their Dashboard on the Astute E-Learning Platform which also includes details of their own personal training programme.
