Based in the Midlands, our Client who have around 500 employees, is a Foundation Engineering Company specialising in the design and construction of foundations for all types of buildings and structures in all kinds of ground conditions.

Requirement Details

As an existing customer using our People Inc. HR Software, they were looking for an e-learning solution for 150 of their permanent staff that that handles everything from compliance to professional development.

They were initially interested in a range of courses related to Performance and Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion and we were able to provide 286 courses for them to choose from as part of their subscription.

About Astute

The Astute Content Management Portal provides access to the full course library, covering essential topics like safety, diversity, and performance management and only pay for the courses you wish to use via the Vinci Content Management Portal

The Astute Platform can then be used to enrol your employees onto selected courses (individually or based on a role) therefore creating custom learning paths for different teams.

The system automatically tracks progress and sends reminders, saving hours of admin time.

Team members log in to find their personalised dashboard, showing assigned courses and progress at a glance.

Users can complete interactive training at their own pace, while the administrator(s) monitor completion rates and results in real-time.

The Compliance Dashboard provides detailed information about the organisations compliance status and data can be exported in seconds, perfect for board meetings or compliance checks.

The Set up and implementation was carried out by the a member of the dedicated Astute onboarding specialists. This comprised of a short online training session that covered:

– Publishing Content
– Uploading Users
– Creating Enrol Events
– Reporting

Follow up guidance and support was provided to help roll out Astute to the users and the system was rolled out to the users with in few days.
