London Based High End Fashion Brand upgrades to YouManageHR

Background

Our customer based in London are a High end Fashion Brand with over 100 stores worldwide including Paris, London and New York.

In 2024, they contacted us, looking to upgrade their Vizual Personnel Manager software as it no longer worked on the latest Microsoft Platforms and were concerned about losing their data.

After a Free trial of the YouManageHR system they decided to go ahead with the migration saying, “Thank you for setting up the trial for me to look at, I’ve now had a chance to look at it and yes it seems like there is a lot more useful functionality in YouManageHR than the Vizual Personnel Manager software, that seems so old and dated now!”

Implementation

Due to our 25+ years experience working on Vizual Personnel Manager, and being one of the last company’s globally who still support and provide services on the Vizual Product Range we were able to quickly migrate the customers existing data into YouManageHR, including all their Archived Records.

As part of the implementation we configured the YouManageHR system to match their requirements and organisational settings including Work Patterns and Holiday Entitlement Rules so that they could begin using it straight away.

The project including Data Migration, Configuration and end user training was completed in a few days resulting in virtually no disruption to the HR Team.

Due to how YouManage is easy to use, the customer required very little ‘hand holding’ following on from the implementation and the feedback has been extremely positive.

Benefits from migrating from Vizual Personnel Manager to YouManageHR

The customer saw immediate benefits from the migration as they no longer had technical issues accessing their HR Information and didn’t have to worry about losing their data.

Additionally, as YouManageHR is cloud based it meant they could access the system from a web browser on any device. This enabled them to support their employees whilst working at each store without being dependent on using their PC.

Whilst they only planned initially to use the basic functionality of YouManageHR to manage their employee records, they were interested to explore some of the additional functionality that it provides such as Employee Self Service that their old Vizual Personnel Manager software did not provide, that would benefit them in the future.
