Flexible pricing that grows with you

People Inc. costs include a one‑off software licence fee and ongoing annual support.
Pricing is based on your chosen modules, the number of HR users (Core HR), and the number of employees (Employee Self Service).
Purchase additional user licences at any time as your business grows.
The only additional costs are for the implementation services which are quoted separately based on your requirements.

This means you only pay for what you need — whether you have 50 or 500 staff. There are no hidden fees, and your annual support includes full helpdesk support and all software upgrades.

Small Company

1 main HR User with less than 50 employees (no Self Service):

Year 1 Costs =£2,050.00 including Software Licences, Support, Implementation and End User Training
Year 2+ Costs = £349.00 annually for Support

Medium Company

1 main HR User and up to 100 employees with Employee Self Service:

Year 1 Costs =£7,350.00 including Software Licences, Support, Implementation and End User Training
Year 2+ Costs = £1,347.00 annually for Support

Large Company

3 main HR Users and up to 500 employees with Employee Self Service:

Year 1 Costs =£10,500.00 including Software Licences, Support, Implementation and End User Training
Year 2+ Costs = £2,000.00 annually for Support
